Ingredients:
- 4 Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon steaks, 180 – 200g each
- 2 bunches of broccolini
- 800g small chat potatoes, cut in half
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Pre-heat your oven to 190 °C.
- Rub potatoes in oil, salt and pepper and then roast on a tray for 30 mins.
- After 15 mins place the salmon in the oven too.
- With 5 mins to go steam or boil the broccolini.
- Serve all together, with salt, pepper and lemon.
